Important Information

RESERVATION:
50% of the value of the chosen package is reserved. The date of the event cannot be reserved without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, in case of change the date may be rescheduled according to availability
OPENING:
Divermansión opens its doors 30 minutes before the event so that the host can bring in the items (cake, candy, cotillions and piñatas)
FOOD:

Outside food is allowed. Diver Mansion provides food and beverages as an additional service. Ask us about our event menus.

Note: Cake and sweets are not included. An additional non-decorated table is provided for additional food items such as snacks or appetizers. The staff will provide the food included in the package, additional snacks brought to DIVERMANSION will be self-service by the guests.

ALCOHOL DRINKS:
Beverage (wine and beer) are allowed only whit prior authorization. Aditional fee $150 + signature of Alcohol liability.
PROVIDERS:
All service providers (food, drinks, animations, or enterteiment) diferent fron those offeret in the party package must be previusly authorized by Divermansion and have and aditional fee $150
REFUND:
In case the client does not want any item contained in the package this wil not be discounted from the total value
PIÑATAS:
Piñatas are allowed (whitout confetti and godie bags must be ready to hang out.
TAX:
These will be added to the value of each package and in no case will be exonerated
ARTICLES AND OBJECTS:
They are property of DIVERMANSION and in any case of loss they will be charged
