WE INCLUDE THE DECORATION Note:
if the theme is not available in our
catalog, it would have an additional
fee of $250 for Basic, $350 for
amazing, and $850 for Deluxe.
What can you bring? Extra decoration, the
piñata (without confetti), party favors,
surprises or goodie bags ready to set up.
Remember that you only have 30min
before your event. You can bring food
from outside! But the guests must be
served inside the room assigned for your
party. It can be any snack, fruit, cheese
board that does not require heating and is
a self-service type.
PARKING: There are 40 parking spaces for
customer use. Divermansion does not
guarantee their availability.
SOCKS – Socks are required, Children and
adults must wear socks. Socks can be
purchased .
RULES :
-Do not use avenala-type candles.
-Do not use tapes, stickers on the wall.
-🚫It is forbidden to use aggressive
vocabulary with our staff and/or person in
general.
SET UP:Host may arrive 30 minutes before
the party starts to set up. Guests are
required to leave at the end of party time.
We are unable to extend party time due to
late arrivals. The host has 15 minutes once
the event ends, to collect their belongings,
gifts, etc.
ROOM PARTY -The party room has tables
and chairs for children. Adults only have
chairs. The furniture and chairs that are in
the party room must remain the same.
They cannot be withdrawn. The Inside
tables are only for people using the park,
guests from the party cannot use those
tables or chairs.
GUESTS: Each package is stipulated with a
number of guests.Parents and the birthday
boy are not included as guests. Any
additional guest will pay USD 15
(maximum of 10 additional).
WAIVER -All guests with children must fill
out the waiver.
All children and adults, without exception,
must follow our rules and regulations for
entering our facilities. Any refusal to follow
the rules could lead to the immediate
revocation of using the park and the
facilities, without the right to claim any
money back.
RESERVATION:
50% of the value of the chosen package is reserved. The date of the event can not be reserved without deposit. If you need to cancel or rebook your event, the new date will be subject to the playground’s availability and must be rescheduled within 180 days (6-months) of the original event date or you may cancel and get the refundable deposit back of 25% as stated above.
OPENING:
Divermansion opens its doors 30 minutes before the event so that the host can bring in the items (cake, candy, party favors, and piñatas).
FOOD:
Cake and sweets favors are not included. An additional non-decorated table is provided for additional food items such as snacks or appetizers. The staff will provide the food included in the package, additional snacks brought to Divermansion will be self-service by the guests. Heaters are not allowed.
ALCOHOL DRINKS:
Alcohol / smoking / vaping are not allowed at Divermansion.
PROVIDERS:
All service providers (food, drinks, animations, or entertainment) different from those offered in the party package must be previously authorized by Divermansion and have and additional fee of $150.
REFUND:
In case the client does not want any item contained in the package this will not be discounted from the total value.
PIÑATAS:
Piñatas are allowed (without confetti and goodie bags must be ready to hand out).
TAX:
These will be added to the value of each package and in no case will be exonerated.
ARTICLES AND OBJECTS:
They are property of Divermansion and in any case of loss they will be charged.
